What are payment options for ordering products

You can pay for products via UPI, mobile wallets, net banking, and debit or credit cards. All payment methods are safe. We do not store any information about your card or bank details. 

When will you ship my order?

We ship your order within 24 hours of placing the order.

When will I receive my order?

Normally we deliver your product in 2 days to maximum 8 working days, depending on your city. 

Can I cancel an order if there is delay in shipment?

If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your original payment method within 2 to 7 working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

Do you provide refund and exchange of products

We do not offer refund. However, you can ask for exchange for any product if there is any issue with the product.
